Rounds & format
The competition consists of two main stages. First, a Committee of Experts conducts an initial screening to shortlist entries based on eligibility and technical compliance. Following this, a final jury evaluates the shortlisted eContent to determine the winners in each category.
How entries are judged
Entries are evaluated based on content quality, originality, creativity, educational value, aesthetic and technical quality (sound recording), and overall usability and appeal.
Selection process
A jury of experts constituted by CIET, NCERT evaluates all eligible entries. The jury's decision is final and binding. Shortlisted entries are judged to determine the winners in each category.
How to apply
- 1Fill out the online application form available on the CIET website for each eContent submission.
- 2Pay the application fee of ₹200 per entry via NEFT.
- 3Upload the audio file in the highest possible resolution through the online form or share it via a link.
- 4Submit a copy of the student ID and an endorsement letter from the school principal.

Fee details
A non-refundable fee of ₹200 is applicable for each entry submitted. The payment must be made via NEFT to the bank account specified by CIET, NCERT.
Refund policy
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including for disqualified or duplicate entries.
