About This Opportunity
The Chess Gurukul Chess Training Program is a structured, multi-level chess coaching course for children, taught live by Grandmaster, International Master, FIDE Master and FIDE-Instructor coaches.
It welcomes children from complete beginners to rated players, with group classes for ages 7 to 15 and one-to-one classes from about age five and a half. Students are placed in batches by age and playing strength, progressing through levels from board basics to advanced endgame study and tournament preparation.
Classes run twice a week as live, interactive sessions using videos, puzzles and quizzes, available online across India and overseas as well as at the Chennai centre. The programme builds calculation, strategy and tournament temperament alongside discipline and a love for the game.

Monthly tuition by level: Novice and Beginner Rs 2,500, Advance Beginner Rs 3,000, Intermediate Rs 3,500, Intermediate Advance Rs 4,000, Advance (GM Junior) Rs 6,500 and Advance (GM Senior) Rs 10,500. A one-time registration fee of Rs 1,000 applies; all fees include 18 percent GST and are non-refundable.
