About This Opportunity

The Business & International Finance Olympiad (BIFO) is a premier national competition organized by the EduHeal Foundation (EHF) in collaboration with the BSE Institute. It is designed to identify and nurture young talent in finance, economics, and business, promoting financial literacy among school students across India.

This Olympiad is open to students from classes 9 to 12, following any recognized educational board. The competition unfolds in three stages, starting with a school-level exam, followed by a national online test, and culminating in a grand finale quiz for top performers at the iconic BSE building in Mumbai, offering a unique real-world experience.

Rounds & format

Level 1 is a school-level exam. Level 2 is a national-level online exam for qualified students. Level 3 is the final on-site quiz round for the top 48 national performers at the BSE, Mumbai.

How entries are judged

Selection is based on the marks obtained in the multiple-choice question exam. In case of a tie, scores in different sections (Subject, General IQ, Interactive) are considered in that order.

Selection process

Approximately the top 15% of students from Level 1 qualify for Level 2. School toppers with a minimum of 40% marks are also eligible for Level 2. The top 48 students from Level 2 are invited for the Level 3 final quiz.

Fees & financial support

Fee details

The registration fee is ₹125 per student. Schools are permitted to charge an additional ₹25 per student for administrative expenses. No fees are charged for Level 2 and Level 3 of the competition.
