Rounds & format
The competition is conducted in three levels. Level 1 is a school-level exam. Top performers from Level 1 qualify for Level 2, which is an online exam. Level 3 is a project-based competition for Level 2 toppers, sponsored by associated organizations.
How entries are judged
Student performance is evaluated based on the marks obtained in the multiple-choice question exam. In case of a tie, preference is given first to scores in the subject-specific section, followed by the General IQ section, and then the Interactive section.
Selection process
For Level 2, students are selected based on the following criteria: being in the top 5-15% of Level 1 scorers, being a top 25 rank holder from their zone, or being a class topper from a participating school where at least 8 students appeared for the Level 1 exam and scored a minimum of 40% marks.
