About This Opportunity
The Enabling Leadership Global Ambassador Program (ELGAP) is a unique youth leadership development initiative designed for high school students. It focuses on service as a powerful medium to cultivate essential 21st-century leadership skills through mentoring, fundraising, and digital outreach activities. The program aims to empower youth to become resilient leaders capable of addressing complex issues and thriving in diverse environments.
ELGAP is open to high school students in grades 9-12 who aspire to become future leaders. Participants will engage in a 10-day onsite mentoring experience at select schools in Bangalore, India, followed by online mentoring, fundraising, and digital outreach modules. This hybrid format allows for both immersive in-person learning and flexible online engagement.
Participants will gain invaluable leadership skills, master frugal innovation, and enhance their college applications. The program helps develop critical skills such as empathy, resilience, effective communication, and problem-solving. Upon completion, participants receive a globally recognized ELGAP Certificate and can become LinkedIn Top Voices, significantly boosting their academic and professional profiles.
The program offers three verticals: Football (Soccer), LEGO, or Music, allowing participants to choose based on their skills and interests. Each ambassador will mentor a group of 10 underserved students, helping them improve their skills and succeed in their programs, fostering a direct and meaningful social impact.

Fee details
The program fee is USD 1300 or SGD 1800. This includes 10 nights accommodation (twin sharing in a 4-star hotel), local travel, local sightseeing, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), leadership workshops, mentoring sessions, experiential activities, and administrative costs. Visa fees and travel & medical insurance are not included.
