About This Opportunity
The Global Music Institute (GMI) Summer Camp Music Production Track is a two-week intensive residential program held at GMI's campus in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Designed for aspiring music producers aged 15 and above with beginner to intermediate experience, the camp provides comprehensive hands-on training in contemporary music production.
Participants work in GMI's professional recording and mixing studios under guidance from experienced faculty. The curriculum covers the complete production workflow: sound design fundamentals, synthesizer programming and sampling techniques, music production in Ableton Live, mixing and mastering principles, and sound design for visual media including film and games. The program includes an accelerated production challenge where participants create a complete track within a set timeframe, simulating real-world production pressures.
On-campus hostel accommodation is available for outstation students. The camp concludes with a showcase session where participants present original productions.
