Level 1 is the initial round for all participants. Top performers from Level 1, based on set criteria, qualify for the Level 2 exam.

How entries are judged

Ranking is based on the marks obtained in the multiple-choice question exam. In case of a tie, preference is given to students with higher marks in specific sections of the paper.

Selection process

To qualify for Level 2, students must score 75% or more in the Level 1 exam, be in the top 10 rank holders of their class in the state, or be the 1st or 2nd rank holder in their class at school (with a minimum of 10 participants from that class).
