Stage 1: Online Regional Qualifying Exam (ORQE) - A free, online MCQ test. Stage 2: Regional Tournament - An in-person event for qualifiers, featuring buzzer-based quiz rounds (prelims and finals). Stage 3: National championship.
How entries are judged
Participants are judged based on the number of correct answers given in the buzzer-based rounds. Speed and accuracy are crucial, as points are awarded for buzzing in and answering correctly. In the online qualifier, selection is based on achieving a minimum score of 50%.
Selection process
Students must score at least 50% in the Online Regional Qualifying Exam (ORQE) to be eligible for the Regional Tournament. The top 50% of participants at the Regional Tournament qualify for the Asian International Championships.
How to apply
- 1Register for the INDAC Online Regional Qualifying Exam (ORQE), which is free to attempt.
- 2The ORQE can be attempted twice, with the best score being considered for qualification.
- 3Score 50% or higher in the ORQE to qualify for the in-person Regional Tournament.

The initial Online Regional Qualifying Exam (ORQE) is free. A registration fee of approximately ₹1750 is applicable for qualifiers participating in the in-person Regional Tournament.
