The International Foundation Hindi Olympiad (IFHO) is an annual global competition designed to assess and enhance Hindi language skills and cultural understanding among students. All participants receive a student performance report and a participation certificate, fostering a sense of achievement and encouraging continued learning.
The examination is conducted online, allowing students to take the test from their residence or any location with a computer and stable internet connection. The question paper is objective type, based on the CBSE/ICSE and other board syllabi, with separate papers for each class. A free mock test is available to help students familiarize themselves with the online examination platform.

Rounds & format
The Olympiad is conducted as a single online examination. For some classes (3-10), there might be two phases: a school-level phase followed by an international phase for qualifiers.
How entries are judged

Selection process
Selection for awards is based on the marks obtained in the Olympiad examination. Competitors scoring more than 80% in the first phase (for classes 3-10) may proceed to the second phase.
