The competition consists of a National Round, administered locally in each participating country. The higher 60% of participants from the National Round qualify for the International Round. The International Round involves global ranking based on scores.
How entries are judged
Scores are based on correct answers. For the National Round, awards are based on score ranges: 96-100 points for Diamond, 81-95 for Gold, 66-80 for Silver, and remaining participants receive Bronze. Global ranking awards include cash for perfect scorers and trophies for champions.

Participants are selected for the International Round based on their performance in the National Round, with the top 60% qualifying.
