About This Opportunity

The International Maths Olympiad (IMO), conducted by Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO), is a highly regarded national-level competition for students in Classes 1 to 10 across India. This offline examination aims to identify and nurture mathematical talent, fostering a deeper understanding of core concepts and significantly improving problem-solving skills.

The IMO syllabus is meticulously aligned with the school curriculum, covering topics from CBSE, ICSE, and various State Boards, with additional challenging questions to test higher-order thinking and analytical abilities. The exam is structured with multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to assess students' analytical and logical reasoning.

Participating in the IMO provides a valuable platform for students to benchmark their mathematical proficiency at a national level and gain significant recognition for their achievements. It encourages students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics, which is crucial for academic excellence and success in future competitive exams like JEE and NEET. The competition is primarily conducted in participating schools, ensuring accessibility to a wide range of students across the country.

ITO has gained participation from over 35,874 schools nationwide and earned the trust of more than 1 Crore parents, with the support of over 7 lakh teachers since its establishment in 2012. The exam is a two-level process, with qualifying students from Round 1 advancing to Round 2.
