This Olympiad is open to all Indian students currently studying in Class 8, Class 9, or Class 11. Students whose parents are employed by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) are not eligible. Cash prizes will be awarded to state-level and national-level winners. State-level winners will receive ₹5,000 (1st prize), ₹3,000 (2nd prize), and ₹2,000 (3rd prize). National-level winners will receive ₹25,000 (1st prize), ₹15,000 (2nd prize), and ₹10,000 (3rd prize). Prize money will be disbursed directly to the winners.
