About This Opportunity
The National Science Centre (NSC) in Delhi hosts annual Summer Vacation Hobby Camps during May and June. These 5-day camps offer school students a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and develop interesting projects across various scientific and technological disciplines. The programs are designed to enhance understanding of science and technology concepts in a practical and engaging manner, fostering curiosity and innovation.
These camps are exclusively for school students currently studying in Classes VI to XII, typically aged 11 to 18 years. Participants will receive guidance from expert instructors and be provided with essential study materials. Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of the enrollment fee and submission of a duly filled registration form directly at the Centre's ticket counter.
Participants will acquire practical skills and a deeper understanding of scientific principles through immersive, project-based learning. All students who successfully complete the camp will be awarded participation certificates. Additionally, attendees will enjoy complimentary access to other facilities at the National Science Centre, including gallery visits, engaging science demonstration lectures, and the 3D film theatre.
The camps are repeated in multiple batches throughout May and June, with each camp running for five days. Daily sessions are held from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Please note that online registration or booking requests via mail or phone are not accepted; all registrations must be completed in person.
