Participants are required to submit a compelling 2 to 5-minute video explaining their project, prototype, or innovative idea, along with a concise written description of 200-300 words. Projects are then showcased on the official India STEM Innovator webpage for public voting, fostering community engagement and peer recognition. Winners are meticulously selected through a blend of public votes and expert judgment from a distinguished panel of STEM professionals. Finalists are invited to present their projects live at the prestigious India STEM Summit & Awards, gaining unparalleled exposure and networking opportunities.

Academic requirement
Participants must be enrolled in an AICRA member institution (school, college, university, or vocational institute) to be eligible for the fee reduction. Other board participants can also participate with registration fees.
Additional requirements
- Participants must submit an original project, prototype, or innovative idea.
- Video submission must be between 2 to 5 minutes in length.
- Project description must be between 200 to 300 words.

Fee details
Participation in the India STEM Innovation Challenge is completely free for students from AICRA member institutes. There are no hidden registration or submission fees. For others, 1500 rupees is the participation fee for individual entry, and for a team, it is 3000 rupees. 18% GST extra.
