Rounds & format
Day 1: Qualifier Rounds - Teams compete in knockout stage soccer matches to score the most goals within a time limit. Robots must stay within boundaries, and no intentional damage to other robots is allowed. Points are awarded for goals and deducted for penalties. Top teams qualify for Day 2. Day 2: Final Round - Qualified teams compete in advanced soccer matches with difficulty levels and obstacles. Additional points are awarded for obstacle navigation, with penalties for hitting obstacles or failing moves. The team with the most points in the final match wins.
How entries are judged
Evaluation criteria include project readiness, technical complexity, time management, components knowledge, and teamwork. Points are awarded for scoring goals and deducted for penalties.
Selection process
Teams advance from preliminary regional rounds based on their performance. Top teams from Day 1 qualify for Day 2. Finalists are selected based on cumulative scores from the Quiz Competition and the 'Task Completion' stage.
