About
CII Young Indians is the youth movement of the Confederation of Indian Industry, established in 2002 to engage young leaders in nation building. The organization functions as a 100% voluntary platform where Indian youth converge, lead, co-create, and influence India's future. Young Indians operates through three core pillars: Youth Leadership, Nation Building, and Thought Leadership. The platform brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers between the ages of 21 and 40 across more than 50 chapters in India. The organization runs flagship programs including the Young Indians Parliament for school students, Innovation Festival, Amplify Ed, and the YUVA student movement that engages over 10,000 college members. Young Indians is a founding partner of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs' Alliance and the Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs Asia Pacific. Through its Yi School Hub initiative, Young Indians delivers civic education, leadership training, and democratic engagement experiences to school children across India, mentored by Members of Parliament, MLAs, and senior policymakers.
