Connecting Dreams Foundation

Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organisation registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, focused on empowering youth to drive sustainable change aligned with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The foundation was established in 2013 with a stated mission of connecting 10 million SDG dreams by 2025. The organisation engages students from schools, colleges, universities and working professionals through a portfolio of structured initiatives including the Changemaker Lab, the Global Changemaker Fellowship, Change Advocacy and the Changemakers Academy. Its programs combine training, mentorship and project incubation to help young leaders launch and scale community-based ventures. CDF operates campus chapters across multiple Delhi University constituent colleges and partner institutions, building a peer network of changemakers in both Indian and international cohorts. The foundation collaborates with public sector, academic and corporate partners to provide fellows with thought leadership, capacity building and global community access.
