About

The Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF, also known as REC Foundation) is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advancing STEM education through robotics and drone competitions. Founded in 2011 as an independent entity, RECF runs programs serving approximately 1.1 million students across 70 countries. Its competition programs include the Aerial Drone Competition (ADC), Aerial Drone Competition Pro (ADC Pro), and JROTC Robotics programs. RECF also runs the Girl Powered initiative, Online Challenges, the International Robotics Honor Society, and workforce development partnerships with over 80 universities and colleges. The organization is headquartered in Greenville, Texas, USA.
